浅谈构建高职护理人才培养质量评价体系的依据

Discussion on Evidence of High Vocational College Nursing Talent's Training Quality Evaluation System

培养紧缺型应用型护理人才是近年来各护理院校的目标,建立相对应的质量评价体系也显得尤为重要。本文探讨依据高职护理的培养目标、我区护理现状、社会需求、美国学者Donabe dian提出的质量评价理论框架"结构-过程-结果模式"、PDCA循环系统、素质教育论构建高职护理人才质量评价体系。

To train applied nursing talents in shorts supply type is the goal of many nursing school in resent years. To set up a responsible quality evaluation system is particularly important. This article discusses the high vocational college nursing talent＇ s quality evaluation system which is set up based on high vocational college nursing train goal ,current nursing situation of our autonomous region, society desire , the quality evaluation theory frame ＂structure-course- result＂, which was put forward by American scholar Donabe dian, PDCA circulatory system and quality-oriented education theory.
