实证社会工作观认为,社会工作技巧类似其他学科或活动所言的技术层次,不牵扯工作员的主观价值,这是实证论者对社会工作技巧的误解。在社会工作实务中,社会工作技巧的运用跟其相应的价值理念有不可分割的关系。而由此理解所衍生出来的社会工作技巧的重心,是工作员本身的相应价值判断或价值理念。

The Experimental View of social work holds that social work skill, similar with the technical level of other disciplines or activities, does not involve the social worker＇s subjective value, as is a misunderstanding of the social work skill. In social work practices, the application of social work skills has an inalienable relationship with its corresponding value idea and the focus of social work skills is the social worker＇s own value judgment or the corresponding value idea.
