近年来,大学生社团日益壮大,高校在对学生社团的管理上仍然存在很多问题和不足。这些欠缺限制了学生社团的发展,为了能够更好的加强对学生社团的管理,从加强学生思想政治教育,增加投入与指导,建立严格的管理体系等方面进行研究,探讨了如何使我们的社团活动更加富有生命力的方法和途径。通过这些做法来构建和谐的校园文化。

In recent years, university students ＇ communities have gradually grown in scale. In the management of the students＇ communities, we still have a lot of problems and shortcomings that are limiting the development of students＇ organizations. In order to better strengthen the management of students＇ communities, the paper explores ways to make our students＇ communities activities become more and more full of vitality, including strengthening ideological and political education, increasing input and guidance, establishing strict management system and so on. By doing these, we will construct harmonious campus culture.
