军队放射治疗设备的现状

Analysis of current situation of radiotherapeutic equipments used in PLA

医用电子直线加速器和伽玛射线立体定向治疗系统都属于大型医疗设备,均是采用直接对病人施加大剂量的放射线照射进行治疗的。设备输出剂量的准确性及治疗计划的正确与否,对病人的安全和治疗效果起着至关重要的作用。无论是军队还是地方对这两种设备的配置及质量控制都非常重视。作为军队大型医疗设备的技术主管部门,全军大型医疗医疗设备检测研究中心通过对全军这两种设备的应用质量检测,详细分析了这两种设备的现状,找出了存在的问题。

Medical electron linear accelerator and Gamma-ray stereotactic radiotherapy system, two kinds of large scale medical equipment, both have an medical treatment on patient by imposing a high-level of radiation. The accuracy of deferent dose and validity of therapy programe play a very important role to patients＇ security and treatment effect.Both the military and local governments pay a lot of attention to the two kinds＇ allocation and quality control. As technical administrative department,the Medical Equipment Application Quality Test and Research Center of PLA analyse current situation of the two kinds detailedly and point out the existing problems based on quality of the two kinds of equipment used in military medical agencys.
