摘要
目的探讨人性化服务方式在分娩过程中的作用。方法将249例产妇随机分为观察组134例和对照组115例,观察组将人性化服务方式贯穿分娩全程,对照组只按常规处理。两组产妇均为无产科合并症,适龄足月初产妇;比较两组的阴道分娩率,剖宫产率,产程、产后出血、新生儿窒息和产妇满意度情况。结果观察组的阴道分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。总产程及第一、二产程时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的产妇及家属的满意度较对照组有明显提高。结论产时人性化服务可满足产妇的需求,有效的缩短产程,促进阴道分娩,降低剖宫产率,提高产妇的满意度。
Objective Aims To set up the new maternal style of humanization service, in order to promote the normal birth and improve the quality of maternity service. Methods Divided the lying - in women (249) into two groups randomly as follows: Observation group (134) and matched group (115). The women who were in observation group were provided the humanization service during the whole birth process. The other women were under the routine of maternal service. All the women had full term baby and experienced labor in the first time, they had no maternity complication. When the research was completed, the outcomes such as the rates of vaginal birth, the rates of caesarean, the persistence time of the stages of labor, the rates postpartum hemorrhage, the rates of neonatal asphyxia and the satisfaction of birth women were got in both team, each items were compared between observation group and matched group. Results The observation group's rate of vaginal birth in was higher than the matched group's. The rate of vaginal birth, caesarean and postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was lower than in the matched group respectively. The time of birth stages in observation group was shorter than in the matched group. The satis- faction of women and their families for the maternal service in the observation group were better than another team. Conclusion The humanization service during the birth can meet the women's needs, shorten the birth stages effectively. It can also promote normal birth and improve women's satisfaction for the maternal service.
