盐酸乌拉地尔治疗开胸术后患者高血压的疗效观察

Observantion of Urapidil in Treatment of Hypertension after Chest Operation

目的观察盐酸乌拉地尔治疗开胸术后患者高血压的疗效及安全性。方法将40例高血压患者随机分为两组,盐酸乌拉地尔组20例,50mg盐酸乌拉地尔+50ml液体微量泵入;硝普钠组20例,25mg硝普钠+50ml微量泵入,两组均根据血压调整剂量。观察两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果盐酸乌拉地尔组显效16例(80%),有效3例(15%),无效1例(5%),总有效率95%。硝普钠组显效17例(85%),有效1例(5%),无效2例(10%),总有效率90%。两组患者临床疗效间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸乌拉地尔治疗开胸术后患者高血压安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of urapidil in treatment of hypertension after chest operation. Methods 40 patients with hypertension after chest operation were randomly divided into urapidil group （n = 20）, infused 50mg ＋ 50ml fluid by intravenous, or sodium nitrate group （n = 20）, 25mg ＋ 50ml fluid using intravenous route. Results The total effective rates were no statistical diference between the two groups （P 〉0. 05）. The side effects of urapidil group is 5%, lower than sodium nitrate group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of urapidil in treatment of hypertension after chest operation is effective and safe.
