摘要 合成了N-叔丁氧羰基-L-丙氨酸(BOC-L-Ala)衍生化环糊精键合硅胶手性固定相(BCDS),采用X射线光电子能谱、傅里叶红外光谱对其进行了表征,采用甲苯、萘为柱效测试物评价了该固定性的性能。考察了该固定相对硝基苯胺位置异构体的分离情况,得到了很好的分离。说明叔丁氧羰基丙氨酸对环糊精的衍生化改变了环糊精键合固定相的保留性能和分离选择性。 BOC-Ala-CD bonded silica stationary phase was synthesized, The derivative was identified by Fourier transform infrared and X-ray optical electrical energy spectrogram. The assay analyzed the column efficiency by a mixture of methylbenzene and naphthalene, surveyed the separation capability of the columns by nitroaniline. The result show that the introduction of BOC-L- Ala to β-cyclodextrin leads to change of the retention of solutes and the dimensional selectivity.
