对虾暴发性流行病病原对中国对虾幼体及仔虾的人工感染研究 被引量:10

摘要 用对虾暴发性流行病病原(HHNBV)作为人工感染实验的毒种来源,对中国对虾幼体及仔虾进行了人工感染研究。结果表明,HHNBV通过水体浸浴不能感染健康的中国对虾卵、幼体及仔虾;但可通过投喂感染健康的中国对虾仔虾,使其发病死亡,死亡的进程随着体长的增加而缩短。 Healthy eggs and larvae of and postlarvae Penaeus chinensis were infected with hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis baculovirus(HHNBV).The results of artificial infection showed that eggs,larvae, and postlarvae could not be infected by HHNBV by soaking with filtrate of diseased shrimp tissue passed through 0.45pm filter membranes:postlarvae and young shrimp could be infected by HHNBV by feeding them the heads of shrimp affected by the explosive epidemic of shrimp disease,and that the longer the body,the faster is its death.
