摘要
从具有典型腐皮病症状的中华鳖体中分离到P—1、P—2两株细菌,经人工感染试验对健康鳖均产生了较强的致病力,出现与自然病鳖相同的症状,从而证实这两株菌株是中华鳖腐皮病的病原菌。经对菌体的形态特征、培养特性和生理生化反应进行鉴定,证明致病菌为嗜水气单胞菌。
Two strains P-1 and P-2 were isolated from turtles with typical putrid skin disease. Through the artificial infection, all the strains'tested had high pathogenicity. They could serionsly infect the healthy turtles with similar symptoms to naturally infected ones. It proved that they were the pathogen of putrid skin disease. According to the morphological features of the bacteria. Cultural characteristics and physiological-biochemical reactions, these strains had been identified as Aeromonas hydrophila. - ,
