依达拉奉对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后IL-1β表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉对IL-1β表达的影响,探讨它的保护作用及机制。方法Wistar雌、雄性大鼠共42只,随机分为假手术组、盐水对照组及依达拉奉用药组,对照组及用药组再进一步分为3h、6h、24h组,根据Koizumi线栓法建立大鼠左侧大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型(MCAO),用免疫组化方法检测IL-1β表达的变化。结果鼠脑缺血再灌注后缺血区脑组织IL-1β含量,假手术组几乎无表达,盐水组IL-1β表达3h开始升高,于6h到高峰,后逐渐下降。用药组IL-1β的含量较盐水组减少(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉可减少大鼠脑缺血再灌注后IL-1β表达,起到脑保护作用。 Objective To evaluate the protective effect of Edaravone through observing the expression of IL-1β Methods Forty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, saline control group and Edaravone treatment group. Saline control group and Edaravone treatment group were divided into 3h. 6h, 24h subgroup. The left middle cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion injury model (MCAO) was made by Koizumi suture-occluded method. The expression of IL-1β was investigated by immuno-histoehemistry technique. Results There was almost no expression of IL-1β of cerebral isehemia-reperfusion in sham operation group. The expression of IL-1β in saline control group increased in 3 hours and reached peak in 6 hours and then gradually decreased. Compared with that in saline control group, the expression of IL-1β in Edaravone treatment group obviously reduced (P〈0.05). Conelusion Edaravone could reduce the expression of IL-1β and protect the brain.
