通心络对脑梗死大鼠的神经保护作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察通心络对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的改善作用。方法建立MCAO大鼠模型,通心络灌胃后,TTC染色检测脑梗死体积,ZeaLonga评分检测神经功能的损伤情况。结果与脑缺血组相比,通心络组大鼠脑梗死体积显著缩小(P<0.01),ZeaLonga评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论通心络可减小脑梗死体积,对脑梗死大鼠具有明显的神经保护作用。 Objective To investigate the influence of Tongxinluo on infarct volume and neurological function in cerebral infarction rats. Methods After the induction of MCAO, TTC stain was applied to detect the infarct volume. Neurological function was evaluated by ZeaLonga. Results The infarct volume increased in all infarcted animals. In rats treated with Tongxinluo, the infarct volume reduced significantly compared with sham group. In addition, Tongxinluo also enhanced the neurological function. Conclusion Tongxinluo has neuroprotective role for cerebral ischemic in experimental rats.
