鲈鱼对浮性配合饵料中镉的积累 被引量:14

ACCUMULATION OF CADMIUM FROM FLOATING COMPOUND FEED FED GIANT PERCH(LATES CALCARIFER)

摘要 试验研究了浮性配合饵料置于镉(Cd)污染的海水后,吸附Cd的能力及鲇鱼摄食了Cd污染的配合饵料后,Cd在鱼体内的积累情况。结果表明,配合饵料置于海水中60min后吸附在饵料中的Cd,要比水中Cd的浓度高出数十倍。当配合饵料Cd含量为3mg/kg(干重),经42d的喂养,鲈鱼肌肉和肝脏中的Cd含量分别可达127和0.265mg/kg(湿重),最大富集系数分别为0.196和0.323。当配合饵料中Cd含量为127mg/kg(干重)时,鲈鱼肌肉和肝脏中的Cd含量分别可达0.165和0.361mg/kg(湿重),最大富集系数分别为0.006和0.01。 Studies were carried out on the ability of compound feed to absorb Cd from giant perch fed contaminated compound feed.The Cd concentrations in the compound feed within one hour after exposure to the contaminated seawater could be tens times the Cd concentrations in seawater. When the Cd concentration in the compound feed was 3 mg/kg dry weight, the concentrations of Cd in muscle tissues and liver of giant perch were 0.127 and 0.265 mg/kg wet weight within 42 days of feeding,respectively. Maximum concentration factors were 0.196 and 0.323, respectively. When the Cd concentration in the compound feed was 127 mg/kg dry weight.The concentrations of Cd in muscle tissues and liver of giant perch reached to 0.165 and 0.361mg/kg wet weight,respectively. Maximum concentration factors were 0.06 and 0.01, respectively.
