积极心理暗示在ICU护理中的应用与分析

The application and analysis of the use of positive psychological implication in ICU care

目的研究积极心理暗示在ICU病人护理中的作用。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,将ICU接收的意识清醒病人分为对照组和实验组,对照组接受传统护理,实验组在护理过程中给予积极心理暗示,用SCL-90和康复信心量化表测量实验前后2组病人的心身状况。结果实验组在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖各因子分与对照组的差异有统计学意义,对康复信心显著高于对照组。结论积极心理暗示提高了病人的心理卫生状况,增强了病人康复的信心,有利于病人的康复。

Objective To study the function of the positive psychological implication in ICU care. Methods Through stratified random sampling, the conscious patients in ICU were divided into experimental group and control group. Control group received traditional care, and experimental group were cared by a positive psychological complication besides the tradi- tional care. The two groups were measured by the SCL-90 and the rehabilitation confidence scale. Results The factors of the body, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror of the study group were significantly lower than control group, and the confidence of rehabil;tation was significantly higher. Conclusion The positive psychological implication can improve the mental health, and strengthen the confidence of patients. It benefits the patients＇ recovery remarkably.
