外科颅脑急症致脑疝的急救护理

Emergency care of cerebral hernia caused by cerebral emergency in surgery

目的探讨颅脑急症所致脑疝的急救护理。方法对我院2002-2008年收治的脑疝病人进行急救和护理,严密临床观察,尽早解除脑受压,有效控制颅内压,积极预防,减少各种并发症。结果出院时GCS评定结果,良好20例,中残6例,重残3例,植物状态4例,死亡12例。结论脑疝病死率极高,应密切观察病情,争取在脑疝未形成或脑疝早期做出判断和处理,采取积极有效的急救护理,为病人争取抢救的最佳时机,从而减少病残率和死亡率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the emergency care of cerebral hernia caused by cerebral emergency in surgery. Methods From 2002 to 2008, patients with cerebral hernia were admitted to our hospital and were treated with first aid and care, and were given close clinical observation, an early lifting of cerebral compression, the effective control of intracranial pressure. Moreover, active prevention was taken to reduce the various complications. Results GCS was used to evaluate the resuits, good in 20 cases, 6 cases of residual, 3 cases of severe disability, 4 cases of vegetative state , 12 cases died. Conclusion The mortality rate of cerebral hernia is high. Patients should be closely observed to evaluate the occurrence of cerebral hernia effectively. So we can take active and effective emergency care for patients at the best time for rescue, so as to reduce the disability morbidity and mortality and improve the quality of life of patients.
