55放射性脊髓病MR诊断和临床分期观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析放射性脊髓病的特点,探讨MRI在放射性脊髓病的诊断及临床分期中的价值。方法总结分析55例经临床证实的放射性脊髓损伤的MRI表现。结果55例分临床早期组20例,中晚期组35例。早期症状体征特征不突出,临床极易误诊;中晚期临床症状多变,MRI特点是在不同时期,T1WI和T2WI信号多变,主要T1WI呈低信号为主,T2WI呈高信号为主。Gd-DTPA增强扫描在不同时期有不同的表现。结论结合放射治疗病史,MRI能够对放射性脊髓病做出准确诊断并为临床分期和治疗提供依据。
