健脾补肺法联合穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘缓解期41例

Jianpi Bufei Acupoint Application combined treatment of bronchial asthma in 41 cases of remission

目的:观察健脾补肺法联合穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的患者82例随机分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(41例)。治疗组予健脾补肺法联合穴位敷贴;对照组内服茶碱缓释片,并喷舒利迭气雾剂,两组均治疗2年。结果:两组治疗前后肺功能、血清总IgE及皮质醇变化比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,P均<0.01。结论:健脾补肺法联合穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘缓解期疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of bronchial asthma in remission stage with Jianpi Bufei and Acupoint Application. Methods： 82 cases of patients who was consistent with diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group （41 cases） and control group （41 cases）. Treatment group to the Joint Jianpi Bufei Acupoint Application Act; control group, oral theophylline sustained-release tablets, and aerosol spray seretide the two groups were treated for 2 years. Results： The two sets of lung function before and after treatment, serum total IgE and changes in cortisol of the treatment group was better than the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion： Bufei Jianpi Acupoint Application combined treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage has the exact effect.
