摘要
目的:观察益心泰丸对慢性心力衰竭大鼠血浆中PRA、AngⅡ、ALD含量影响。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄法建立慢性心力衰竭的动物模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分为五组:模空组、益心泰丸高剂量组、益心泰丸中剂量组、益心泰丸低剂量组和科素亚对照组,每组10只;另设一组正常对照组10只。对各组动物分别用药4周后(除正常对照组)测定血浆中PRA、AngⅡ、ALD含量。结果:益心泰丸和科素亚组与模型组比较,血浆中PRA、AngⅡ、ALD含量均低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:益心泰丸通过抑制RAAS的过度激活,而调节心力衰竭时神经内分泌系统的变化,以保护心肌细胞,改善心功能,治疗心力衰竭。
Objective： This experiment aimed at observing,through animal experiments Yixintai Traditional Chinese Medicine Pill on cardiac function in rats with chronic heart failure,plasma PRA, Ang Ⅱ, ALD. Methods： The use of abdominal aorta act set up chronic congestive heart failure animal model. The success of the model rats were randomly divided into five groups, group modulus space, high-dose group of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the dose group, Chinese medicine, low-dose group and western medicine, 10 in each group; separated a group of 10 normal control group. Animals in each group of more than four weeks after administration, respectively （in addition to the normal control group） were determined in plasma PRA, Ang Ⅱ, ALD. Results： Chinese medicine group and losartan group compared with the model group： plasma PRA, Ang Ⅱ, ALD concentration were lower than model group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Yixintai pills can regulate the change of neuroendocrine systerm in CHF to protect myocardial cell,improve cardiac function and treat chronic heart failure though eontrohhe excessive promotion of RAAS.
