温胆汤加减结合针刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症的临床观察

The clinical observation on treatment of infantile anorexia with Wendan Decoction and acupuncture Sifeng points

目的:观察温胆汤加减结合针刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将厌食患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用温胆汤加减结合针刺四缝穴治疗。对照组用金双歧片和复合维生素B口服液治疗。1个月为1个疗程,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为77.8%,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:温胆汤加味结合针刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症明显优于西药对照组金双歧片和复合维生素B口服液。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on treatment of infantile anorexia with Wendan Decoction and acupuncture Sifeng points. Methods： Children with anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated by Wendan Decoction combined acupuncture Sifeng points. The control group of Golden Bifid composited vitamin B tablets and oral liquid treatment. To observe the effect in a month for a course of treatment. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, the control group was 77.8%,two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wendan Decoction combined with acupuncture Sifeng points the treatment of infantile anorexia group is superior to western medicine and the Golden Bifid vitamin B complex oral.
