摘要
近年来,我校通过推进人才强校战略,促进学校发展;加强师资培训力度,优化师资结构;实行规范化管理,实行机制留人、人情留人等措施,做好高层次人才的引进、培养和使用。
In the recent years, our college has been further developed with the strategy of reinvigorating a university through human resource development. The training of the teaching faculty has been strengthened so that the structure of the teaching faculty has been improved. A normative management was implemented. Measures were taken to prevent brain drain with humanity as well as regulations, with the purpose of handling well the introduction, nurture and use of highlevel personnel at our college.
