透明细胞型脑膜瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，49岁。因反复头痛及头昏2周，加重伴恶心、呕吐1d于2008年2月10日入院。患者入院后出现神志不清。CT示额顶部大脑镰旁团状高密度占位性病变，周围片状低密度水肿，中线结构右移。MRI见左额叶一块状异常信号影，T1W1呈稍低信号，T2W1呈稍高低混杂信号，大小约6．8cm×5．3cm×5．6cm，向右额生长，增强后肿块呈不均匀强化，两侧侧脑室明显受压，中线结构受压，向右移位，颅脑血管增强MRA示左脑前动脉显著右移，并参与供血。
