以房地产上市公司为研究对象,采用主成分分析法和回归分析方法,通过对其资本结构影响因素进行实证研究,以期为优化企业资本结构和实现公司理财目标指明方向。

This paper takes the listed Real Estate corporations in China as the main research objects, adopts the ways such as description star,factor analysis and regression analysis. The present thesis intends to study those factors that determine the capital structure of listed Real Estate corporations.
