聚维酮碘对铜绿假单胞菌杀菌效果及抗性的观察

Germicidal efficacy and resistance of povidone iodine on pseudomonas aeruginosa

目的检测聚维酮碘消毒剂对铜绿假单胞菌的杀菌效果及抗性。方法采用悬液定量试验法进行实验观察,分别以含有效碘0.5g/L聚维酮碘溶液与不同浓度铜绿假单胞菌悬液作用10min后,比较其杀灭率;经聚维酮碘作用1min后生长的第一代铜绿假单胞菌悬液简称菌悬液B1,由菌悬液B1经聚维酮碘作用1min后生长的第二代铜绿假单胞菌悬液简称菌悬液B2,以此类推,制成菌悬液B1～B19,得到存活繁殖的细菌悬液,再以含有效碘0.5g/L聚维酮碘作用1min、10min后比较杀灭率。结果聚维酮碘对铜绿假单胞菌悬液A与菌悬液B1～B19的最小杀菌浓度(MBC),从B4开始,聚维酮碘对该菌MBC由原0.0625g/L有效碘提高至0.125g/L有效碘,对B8的MBC提高至0.25g/L有效碘。以含有效碘0.5g/L的聚维酮碘溶液对铜绿假单胞菌悬液B9～B19的1min平均杀灭率为96.73%,10min平均杀灭率为99.89%;对铜绿假单胞菌悬液A的1min平均杀灭率为98.77%,10min平均杀灭率为100.00%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=22.94,P﹤0.05)。结论聚维酮碘对铜绿假单胞菌具有很强的杀灭效果;经聚维酮碘作用后传代的铜绿假单胞菌,则对聚维酮碘可产生一定的抗性。

Objective To examine the germicidal efficacy of povidone iodine to pseudomonas aeruginosa. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used. The iodophor solution containing available iodine 0.5 g/L was acted with different concentrations of pseudomonas aecuginosa for 10 rain, then killing rates were compared. The first generation pseudomonas aecuginosa treated with the iodophor solution for 1 min was named solution B1. B1 treated with the iodophor solution for 1 min was named solution B2. According to this method, solution B1- B19 was made, then survived bacteria suspensions were treated with the iodophor solution containing available iodine 0.5 g/L for 1 min and 10 min. The killing rates were compared. Results Form B4, MBC of povidone iodine to pseudomonas aeruginosa changed from 0.0625g/L available iodine to 0.125g/L available iodine, and B8 was 0.25g/L. The average killing rate was 96.73% when solution B9-B19 were treated with the iodophor solution containing available iodine 0.5 g/L for 1 min, 99.89% for 10 min . The average killing rate of solution A was 98.77% for 1 min, and 100.00% for 10 min. The difference was significant （t=-22.94,P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Povidone iodine could kill pseudomonas aeruginosa strongly. Pseudomonas aeruginosa acted with povidone iodine had resistance to povidone iodine.
