摘要
采用连续腹腔注射固定体积不同浓度梯度三氯化铝法建立不同程度的铝中毒雏鸡模型,采用火焰原子吸收法检测雏鸡大脑和小脑组织中微量元素铜、锌、锰含量及总SOD和CuZn-SOD活性。结果显示,随着染铝浓度的升高,雏鸡脑组织中微量元素铜、锌、锰含量及总SOD和CuZn-SOD活性降低,与对照组相比,组间差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),且存在剂量-效应关系,提示铝中毒雏鸡脑组织SOD活性下降及铜、锌、锰代谢紊乱。
The activity of SOD,CuZn-SOD and the contents of Cu,Zn and Mn in cerebrum and cerebellum of chichen with different severity of deuto-chronicity aluminium intoxication produced by continuous peritoneal injection of fixed volume and different concentration of aluminium trichloride were determined. The results showed that the activity of SOD,CuZn-SOD and the contents of Cu, Zn and Mn in cerebrum and cerebellum were lower in chickens with aluminium intoxication than those of control (P〈0.05,P 〈0.01) and there were dose-effect relationship with aluminium triehloride,indlicating that the decrease activity of SOD and metabolic disorders of Cu, Zn and Mn in the brain tissue of chicken with aluminium intoxication.
