中药果根素对人工感染鸡毒支原体病鸡的治疗试验 被引量:7

摘要 采用鸡毒支原体标准株感染健康的7日龄鸡毒支原体阴性鸡,用1.33‰(高剂量)、0.67‰(中剂量)、0.33‰(低剂量)的果根素进行混水饮用治疗,以500 mg/L的泰乐菌素饮水治疗为对照,通过治愈率、平均体质量、料肉比和气囊损伤的减少率评价其治疗效果。结果表明:高、中剂量的果根素对鸡毒支原体感染的治愈率均在96.67%以上,且能明显提高感染鸡平均增重,降低料肉比,减轻MG对气囊的损伤,作用相当于泰乐菌素。 To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Guogensu(GGS) on chicken artificially induced by Mycoplasrna gallisepticum(MG). Seven-day-age chicken which were healthy and had no MG infection had been infected by MG type strains,and were treated with GGS of 1.33‰(high dose) ,0.67‰(middle dose) and 0.33‰(low dose) through drinking with water,500 mg/L tylosin was as control. The therapeutic efficacy of GGS was evaluated through cure rate,mean weight,feed conversion ratio and balloon injury. The cure rates of high dose and middle dose GGS were 96.67 %, and obviously elevated mean weight of infected chicken and degraded feed conversion ratio and lessen the balloon injury by MG,indicating that GGS effect was corresponded to tylosin.
