摘要
目的了解项目县开展中学生预防艾滋病生活技能教育效果,总结成功经验并在全省推广。方法将项目县开始基线调查数据与2005、2006、2007、2008年专项调查结果进行比较,评价项目县开展中学生预防艾滋病生活技能教育效果。结果在中学长期、持续地开展预防艾滋病生活技能教育,使中学生预防艾滋病知识知晓率显著提高,从基线调查的19.32%,提高到2005年的60.74%、2006年的83.04%、2007年的86.39%、2008年的89.70%;对艾滋病持正确态度人的比例上升,从基线调查的17.12%,提高到2008年的84.30%。结论在中学开展预防艾滋病生活技能教育是一项长期任务,同时应不断探索教育方式,提高教育效果。
Objective To study the feasibility of life skill-based and participatory models through evaluating the effect of HIV/AIDS education in middle schools of program counties. Methods The effects of life skill-based HIV/AIDS education in middle schools of the program counties were evaluated and compared with the baseline data and the data of 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. Results There was a significant difference in the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge after the life skill-based HIV/AIDS education given continuously in the middle-school students. From 2004 to 2008 the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was 19.32% , 60.74% , 83.04%, 86.39% , and 89.70% , respectively. The proportion of students with correct attitude towards HIV/AIDS in 2008 (84.30 % ) was higher than that in 2004 (17.12 % ). Conclusions Life skill-based HIV/AIDS education in middle schools is a long-range mission. Different educational modes should be explored to enhance the education effect.
