双相障碍与脑源性神经营养因子的研究进展

摘要
双相障碍是一种严重的、复杂的、呈家族性发病的精神疾病。国外研究资料显示,心境障碍的终生患病率为5.5%-7.8%。尽管临床实践和相关科研已为认识这种疾病积累了大量的证据,但其病因和发病机制仍所知不多。近年来,基于大量的研究结果提出的全新的神经发生(neurogenesis)假说认为,神经的发生不仅存在于胚胎时期,且贯穿整个生命过程。如果神经发生过程出现障碍或受到抑制,则可产生多种中枢神经系统疾病。该假说的依据包括:(1)多项临床试验和长期临床实践显示有药物“滞后起效”,
