摘要
借用"动车组效应"为学校体育教研组教学工作中优势情况进行分析,指出该效应带来了关于教研组长的"动力机车效应"、增强体育教研组的工作氛围、加强教研组长与教师的沟通、充分发挥教师的特长、增强体育教师教学幸福感的启示,并用"动车组效应"审视体育团体凝聚力的重要性,指出学校体育教学工作不仅仅在体育教研组使用"动车组效应",还需集合社会综合力量,全面指导学校体育教学工作建设。
The "effect of multiple unit" is employed in this article to analyze the shortcoming of work of physical education teaching and researching team under "traditional train culture". It is concluded that the effect of multiple unit can invigorate the work, enhance the working environment of the team and the communication between the team leader and team members, bring into full play the potential of the teachers, and strengthen the sense of happiness among teachers. It is also important that the " effect of multiple unit" can assess the team coercion. It is pointed out that P. E. teaching work in schools should apply the "effect of multiple unit" in P. E. teaching and researching team and make use of social force to guide the work.
