摘要
应用DSP原理,通过在水泥中掺加硅灰、石英粉、膨胀剂和纳米SiO2,用比水泥颗粒尺寸小1~2个数量级的硅灰填充水泥颗粒之间的空隙,增加水泥的密实程度,再用颗粒尺寸更小的纳米SiO2填充水泥与硅灰之间的空隙,使得整个胶凝体系的密实度达到最大.通过大量的实验,研制出1d强度高达45MPa,28d强度高达110MPa,扩展度超过400mm,无泌水,微膨胀的早强、高强的高性能水泥基灌浆材料.
Based on the principle of DSP, some measures were taken, such as adding silica fume, quartz powder, expansive additive, and nano-SiO2 into the mixture. The porosity between the particles of cement was filled by silica fume, whose, particles were one or two order smaller than cement, and much smaller particles of nano-SiOz were dispersed into the porosity between cement and silica fume. Through a large number of experiments, a high-performance cement- based grouting material with a ld compressive strengthS45 MPa, 28d compressive strength≥110 MPa spread≥400 mm, no bleeding, slight expansion, early-strength and highstrength was successfully achieved.
