直驱型风力发电系统变流器的控制与仿真分析 被引量:4

摘要 将具有良好耐压性能的背靠背二极管箝位式三电平拓扑结构引入直驱型风力发电系统,研究了一种新的高压大容量变流器.在分析该变流器中所采用的拓扑结构的数学模型及整流与逆变侧控制策略的基础上,运用MATLAB/Simulink模拟了该变流器在风速变化引起风机最大功率点偏移时的工作情况.仿真结果表明,采用该拓扑结构变流器具有良好的动态及稳态性能,能够较好地满足当前直驱型风电系统中变流器电压等级与容量不断增大的需求. Back-to-back three-level neutral-point-clamped topology was applied to the direct-drive wind power system, and a novel kind of converter with high-voltage and high-power was proposed. Aftcr analyzing the NPC three-level converter topology, the control tactics of the inverter and of the rectifier-side of the converter, the situation of the converter on excursion of the max power point, caused by the variable wind speed, was performed by MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the converter has excellent dynamic and stability performances, so it can satisfy the voltage class and capacity demand of the wind turbine with direct - drive wind power system at present.
