摘要
针对传统的产品与服务设计的理论和方法的不足,提出了产品/维修服务集成设计的理念,构建了功能域-结构域-服务域及其映射关系。在功能域中提出了功能稳定性的概念,结构域中以产品状态特征参数分析评估产品状态,服务域中以服务元为底层单元来描述服务方案。基于公理化设计理论和故障树分析的方法,实现了功能域到结构域和结构域到服务域的映射。相应的设计结果构成了产品/维修服务的集成方案。最后,以典型工程机械产品水平定向钻机为例,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the shortcoming of traditional product/service design theories and methods, an idea of integrated design for product/maintenance service was proposed. The function-structure-service domain with their mapping relationships was constructed. In function domain, the concept of function stability was defined. In structure domain, product status was evaluated by using state characteristics parameters analysis. In service domain, service scheme was described by recta-service. Mappings from function domain to structure domain and to service domain were achieved respectively based on the axiomatic design principles and fault tree analysis. Integrated scheme for product/ maintenance service were generated by corresponding mapping results. Finally, a case of a horizontal directional drilling verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
