摘要 为实现产品研制和生产中制造数据的有效管理,提出了一种基于服务的制造数据管理方法。该方法包括模型服务化、功能服务化和平台服务化三个方面。引入服务界面和服务群的概念,以增加模型面向服务的特性。分析了功能服务运行环境,该环境包括功能的服务化封装规则、服务适配器、服务的管理与执行环境以及模型与标准管理器四个部分。给出了制造数据服务平台的结构,包括企业信息技术资源、服务技术平台、业务服务平台和业务执行环境四个层次。最后,通过某航空制造企业的应用实践,说明了所提方法的有效性。 To realize effective management on product development and manufacturing data, a manufacturing data management method based on service was proposed. This method included three aspects:model as a service, function as a service and platform as a service. Two concepts, Service Interface (SI) and Service Cluster (SC) were introduced into the manufacturing data model to increase service-oriented features of the model. The operation environment of the service function was analyzed, which was comprised of four parts:service encapsulation rules, service adapters, service management and execution environment, and a standard manager. Structure of the service platform was also put forward, which was composed of four layers.-enterprise IT resources, service technology platform, business service platform and business execution environment. Finally, effectiveness of this method was validated by an application example in an aviation manufacturing corporation.
