摘要
通过对芽变初选优系的生物学特性观测和果实品质的测定,并与长富2号进行对比分析,结果表明芽变初选优系的物候期与长富2号基本一致;短枝型基础性状与长富2号有极显著性差异,表现出明显的短枝特征;芽变优系的平均果重251.9 g,可溶性固形物含量17.2%,可溶性糖含量13.6%,可滴定酸含量0.25%,果面色泽为浓红型,果实品质和着色均优于长富2号;芽变优系树体紧凑,短枝性状好;坐果率高,丰产。综合各项指标认为,该芽变优系是一综合性状优良的短枝浓红型变异。
A series of characters were measured about the sports of Red Fuji, and some analyses were made by comparing with the characters of Nagafu 2 # . There are some remarkable differences between the original cultivar and the spoils on the essential characters of spur, and the color of fruit was changed from streaked red to whole red. The texture is better than the original cuhivar, weighing 251.9 g on average, containing soluble solid content of 17. 2%, soluble sugar content 13.6%, and tirable acidity 0.25%. The sports am compact, with a lot of spurs and high productive. Calculating these indexes comprehensively, the comclusion can be drawn that the bud mutation is a good spur and coloring variation type.
