摘要
从阿拉尔地区某奶牛场随机采取20头奶牛乳样共70份,经LMT诊断液检测,阴性乳样29份占41.43%,阳性乳样41份占58.57%。在阳性乳样中,弱阳性乳样18份占43.90%、阳性乳样11份占26.83%、强阳性乳样12份占29.27%。取阳性乳样、强阳性乳样进行细菌的分离鉴定,得到7种细菌共168株,表皮葡萄球菌69株、金黄色葡萄球菌35株、大肠杆菌29株、停乳链球菌13株、乳房链球菌10株、克雷伯氏菌9株、蜡样芽孢杆菌3株。通过动物攻毒试验结果表明,分离出的7种细菌均具有一定的致病力。
The study was carried out to detect 70 samples randomly selected from milk in 20 dairy cows,the LMT diagnosis was used to detect 29 negative samples accounting for 41.43% of the 70 samples, and 41 positive samples accounting for 58.57%. There were 18 weak positive samples from the positive samples of milk and accounting for 43.90% .There were 11 positive samples accounting for 26.83% and 12 strong positive samples accounting for 29.27%. Then positive samples and strong positive samples were used for isolation and identification of bacteria and 7 kinds of bacteria from total of 168 strain, in which there were 69 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis, 35 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 29 strains of E. coli, 13 strains of Streptococcus dysgalactiae, 10 strains of Streptococcus uberis, 9 strains of Klebsiella, 3 strains of B. cereus. Moreover, the results of animal regression experiment showed that the 7 kinds of bacteria had certain pathogenicity.
