摘要
通过响应面分析法(Response Surface Method,RSM)对超声波提取黄花柳总黄酮的工艺条件进行了优化。在单因素实验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理采用乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比三因素的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以黄花柳总黄酮含量为响应值作响应面和等高线,在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出黄花柳总黄酮含量的最佳工艺条件;结果表明:超声波提取黄花柳总黄酮含量的最优工艺参数为:乙醇浓度63.88%,超声提取时间21.45 min,料液比1:35.94。所选用的二次多项模型具有显著性。超声波强化提取具有提取时间短、收率高、无需加热的特点。
Response Surface Method( RSM) was applied to optimize the extracting total flavonoids from Salix caprea by supersonic wave. Based on single factor test, the influence factors of concentration of alcohol, extraction time, mass - liquid ratio were evaluated using a Box- Behnken central composite design principle. The optimal technological imrameters of supersonic extraction of total flavonoids from Salix capres were shown that alcohol concentration was 63.88% ,supersonic time was 21.45 rain, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:35. 94. Quadratic equation model in the study was significant. Ultrasonic extraction method has the characteristics of short extraction time, high extraction rate and needn' t heating.
