逆循环系统混合物不燃初始充灌浓度区预测

摘要 分析空调热泵系统泄漏浓度与初始充灌浓度的关系,提出不燃初始充灌浓度区的概念及计算方法;给出几种已被国内外确认的CFCs,HFCFs替代物系的不燃初始充灌浓度区;对各种不同性质的物系,讨论系统泄漏率对其内部工质浓度及不燃初始充灌浓度区的影响及相关因素. The relationship between the concentration of the leakage and charge in counter-cycle system has been analyzed. The district of initial charge for inflammable concentration in a system has been proposed.Based on this idea we can discuss the influence of leakage rate and concentration on the circulating using zeotropic mixture and the initial charge district for inflammable concentra-tion in a counter-cycle system. The change of the safety charge district by leakage depends on the relative vapor pressure for every component as well as on the location and operating condition.
