摘要
针对铁矿石冶金性能测定过程中的还原气体流量控制系统出现的非线性、时变不确定性问题,在常规PID控制的基础上,结合模糊控制规则,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,对还原气体流量进行了良好的控制。仿真及实际运行结果表明,该系统鲁棒性强、控制精度高、响应速度快,具有很强的实用价值。
The reductive gas flow control system in the processes of metallurgical properties' experiment was introduced. In order to tackle the problems of nonlinearity, time-varying uncertainty in the system, according to the design method of the conventional PID controller and the fuzzy control theory, the fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed, which shows a good performance in the system. Simulation and actual operating results show that the system has good robust, high precision, fast response. It has a strong practical value.
