摘要
为更好地克服造纸机速度链控制系统的非线性、时变及强耦合给控制带来的影响,在一般模糊控制和模糊PID控制基础上,研究了基于变论域的模糊PID控制原理。采用伸缩因子的概念,提出了变论域的改进模糊控制算法,使模糊控制规则可通过论域的压缩或膨胀派生出任意多条。仿真试验表明,该算法使控制系统具有较一般模糊控制和常规模糊PID控制更高的稳态控制精度和良好的动态品质,验证了该设计的有效性和一定的实用价值。
To overcome the influence of nonlinear, time-varying and strong-coupling characteristics in control of papermaking machine speed chain control system, the improved fuzzy PID control with variable universe was studied based on the present fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control. A kind of algorithm was proposed using the concept of constriction factor, which make fuzzy control derive any rules by contracting and expanding the universe. The simulation shows that the control system using the improved fuzzy PID control with changing universe produces superior control performance in comparison with the conventional fuzzy and fuzzy PID control in both dynamic and steady aspects. The result shows its validity and practicability.
