摘要
就规整填料技术在炼油厂减压蒸馏塔、催化分馏塔、脱硫这三种大型塔器的改造中的应用情况作粗浅分析与评述,改造后可降低塔底物料温度,尤宜用于需多级分离和热敏物系的分离,能大大提高分离效率,同时又分析总结了实际应用中的注意事项。
Random padding was filled clean in the tower. It can realize minimum level of pressure drop in each theo-retical. Simultaneously, it made the liquid flow evenly. Practice proved that random padding applied successful in the large tower. In this paper, the application of random padding in the refinery was analyzed, mainly in the reform of vacuum distillation towers, catalytic distillation column towers, and desulfurization towers. After the reform, the bottom tempera- ture can be reduced, and the energy be saved. Particularly, it was suitable for separating the multi-stage and thermal material grades, which can greatly increase the separation efficiency. At the same time, the practical application notes for reference were summed up.
