含活性炭的聚(丙烯腈/乙烯胺)螯合纤维的吸附性能研究

摘要 考察了含活性炭的聚(丙烯腈/乙烯胺)纤维的制备及其在染料和重金属离子共存的条件下对阳离子艳红和Cu2+的吸附性能。结果发现:混合溶液中阳离子艳红的存在并不影响纤维对Cu2+的吸附,而Cu2+的存在影响了吸附纤维对阳离子艳红的吸附速率;随着温度的升高,纤维对阳离子艳红的吸附容量增大,对Cu2+的吸附容量降低;在酸性环境下,随pH的增大,螯合纤维对Cu2+的吸附容量逐渐增大,而对阳离子艳红的吸附容量影响不大。 The preparation and adsorption properties of poly (acrylonitrile/vinylamine) fiber for cationic red and Cu^2+ under the condition of the coexistence of dyes and heavy metal ions were investigated. The results showed that : the existence of cationic red did not affect the adsorption of Cu^2+ onto fibers and the existence of Cu^2+ affected the adsorption of cationic red on the adsorption rate with simulation waste water. With increasing temperature, the adsorption capacity for cation red increased while that for Cu^2+ reduced. And in the acidic environment, the adsorption capacity of chelating fiber for Ca^2+ was gradually increased, while that for the cationic red little effect with increasing pH.
