PVC用钙/锌复合稀土液体热稳定剂的配方设计

摘要 合成了作为PVC热稳定剂的主要成分的钙和锌脂肪酸盐以及稀土脂肪酸盐,调节稳定剂其它辅助成分,复合制备了具有环保优势的新型钙/锌复合稀土液体热稳定剂。并对其复合配方进行了正交设计优化实验。通过静态热稳定实验和刚果红试验对钙/锌复合稀土液体热稳定剂的热稳定性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:在其它主稳定剂成分的分数不变时,适当的调节辅助稳定剂的比例可以达到一个比较理想的效果。 Heat stabilizer was an important part of plastic auxiliary material. It' s also a kind of auxiliary material usd in processing PVC indispensably. Formulas design using Calcium -Zinc/Rare earth as primary stabilizer, regulating the proportion of secondary stabilizers, such as epoxidized soybean oil, triphenylphosphite, β- diketo and antioxidant 1076, it can be design one or two formulas with excellent combination property. Formulas was designed by scientific orthogonal design, which characterized by static thermal stability analysis and Congo red discolouration time. It was found that while the proportion of primary stabilizers was aptotic, the proportion of secondary stabilizers properly would get a formula with excellent combination property.
