摘要
采用混合球磨法制备了纳米级复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,研究了其对冰醋酸酸和正戊醇酯化反应的催化作用,确定了反应的最佳条件:复合氧化物中m(ZSM-5/ZrO2)=4%,浸渍液H2SO4浓度为1.0moL/l,600℃焙烧3h,n(酸):n(醇)=1:1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的4.4%,在130℃下反应6h,冰乙酸的转化率达98.83%。并通过XRD、IR、流动Hammett指示剂法以及TEM法对催化剂进行了表征,该催化剂的酸强度为-12.70<Ho≤-11.99。
The composite nanometer - sized solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2 - ZSM - 5 was prepared and its esterification 4. 4% of feed stocks, reaction time 6 h, and reation temperature 130℃. The yield of n - amyl acetate was 97.86%. The structure of catalyst was studied by XRD, IR, Hammett indicators and TEM methods. The catalytic activity and strength of acid ( - 12. 70 〈 Ho≤ - 11.99) was measured.
