摘要 构筑了乙酰胆碱酯酶/Nafion/丝网印刷电极(AChE/Nafion/SCE)修饰电极,研究该修饰电极在羧酸二茂铁与羧酸二茂铁和氯化乙酰巯基胆碱混合溶液中的电化学行为,建立测定有机磷农药-马拉硫磷的计时电流法。该传感器与固体电极所制传感器相比,具有制备简单,灵敏度高,体积小,使用简单,酶膜稳定不易脱落,测量电流稳定,制造成本低等优点。 A novel disposable organophosphorus electrochemical biosensor was developed. A highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor for the determination of malathion was fabricated at a screen - printed electrode modified with acetyl-cholinesterase. The biosensor can reduce overpotential of thioncholine, enhance the examination selectivity and sensitivity with ferrocenemonocarboxylic acid as the electronic mediator. Acetylcholinesterase was immobilized by crossing linking glutaric dialdehyde combined with Nation to screen printed electrode. Under the optimized conditions, the response of the electrochemical biosensor fabricated was related linearly to concentration of malathion in the range of 5.0×10^-7-2.0×10^-5g/L and with a detection limit of 1.2×10^-7g/L. The disposable organophosphorus electrochemical biosensor developed exhibits the merits the high sensitivity, stability and simplicity.
