摘要
研究了维生素C(Vc)在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和油酸钠(SO)体系中的稳定性及其在双水相(ASTP)中的分配规律。结果表明,CTAB和SO对水溶液中的Vc具较显著的增稳作用,而Vc在ASTP下相中浓度高于上相。随着Vc浓度的增加及温度的升高,ASTP上下相体积比(Vup/Vlow)、Vc的分配系数(Kd)和上相萃取率(Y)均有不同程度的下降。
The stabihty and the distribution of vitamin C (Vc) in aqueous systems of cetyltrime - thylammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium oleate (SO) were studied. Results showed that the stability of Ve aqueous solution was significantly improved by mixture surfaetants of CTAB and SO. The Vc concentration in the lower phase of the ASTP was heavier than that in the upper phase. With the increase of the Ve concentration or the rise of temperature, the volume ratio (Vup/ Vlow) in ASTP, the Ve distribution coefficient ( Kd ) and the Vc upper - phase extraction yield (Y) decreased in some extent.
