摘要
针对某公司汽车皮革涂饰的生产废水特点,国内外很少有该废水的工艺参考,该研究提出了混凝-水解酸化-接触氧化法处理工艺的方案,并对此方案进行了实施和研究,实践表明,该工艺运行稳定且处理效果好,出水水质达到《上海市污水综合排放标准》(DB31/199-1997)的三级排放标准,并根据生产需要将中水回用于生产,实现了企业零排放。
According to the feature of the wastewater of one company' s automotive finishing process, and lack of such treatment process at home and abroad for reference, the coagulation - hydrolysis acidification - biological contact oxidation process was introduced and studied. Engineering practice showed that the process worked steadily with good effect and the effluent quality met the third grade of Shanghai integrated wastewater discharge standard (DB31/199 -1997). According to the demand of production, a great deal of treated water was needed for producing circulating water so as to make zero discharge possible.
