摘要
针对华北石化公司4kt/a硫磺回收装置多年来生产运行中发生的问题进行了总结,分析了问题产生的根本原因,其中有设计方面的问题,也有开停工和日常操作中需要注意的地方,同时有针对性地提出了问题的解决方案。
The problems and failures occurred over years during the producing process in the sulphur recovery plant of 4kt/a capability of Huabei Pertrochemical Company, PetroChina were summarized. The major causes were analyzed, including the defects in design of the plant itself, and some notices should paid that not paid attention to in work or work off and daily operation. Then the solution to the problems was put forword.
