武汉城市圈可持续发展能力的DEA相对有效性评价

Relative Efficiency Evaluation on Wuhan City Circle Sustainable Development Capability with Data Envelopment Analysis

根据可持续发展的基本理论,结合武汉城市圈的发展特点,从经济、社会、资源环境三个方面构建了武汉城市圈可持续发展能力的评价指标体系。运用DEA方法的C2R模型,计算了2006年武汉城市圈9个城市的可持续发展能力的相对效率值,从相对有效性的角度对武汉城市圈的可持续发展状况进行了评价,为武汉城市圈的可持续发展提供了有价值的决策依据。

According to the basic theory of sustainable development, together with the characters of the development of ＇Wuhan city circle, this paper constructs the sustainable development evaluation indicator systems with respect to economy, society, resources and the environment. This paper calculates the relative efficiencies of sustainable development in the 9 cities of Wuhan city circle with the C2R model in DEA method, and evaluates the actualities of Wuhan city circle sustainable development from the perspective of relative efficiency so as to provide a valuable basis of decision making for Wuhan city circle sustainable development.
