居住建筑能效测评方法研究——外围护结构综合热工性能评估方法

Testing methods of energy efficiency in residential buildings——General thermotechnical evaluation methods of building envelop

基于国情,从居住建筑的节能设计及建成后居住者使用采暖空调设备改善室内热环境的用能状况综合分析,提出以建筑自身的节能因素建立的外围护结构综合热工性能评估方法,作为居住建筑能效测评方法。该方法是一个创新,不仅科学、合理、实际,而且灵活、可操作性强,也可作为居住建筑节能设计中的综合指标设计方法。

Based on the national conditions, this study first makes comprehensive analysis on the energy saving design for residential buildings and the effect of the HVAC used by its residents, aiming to improve the indoor thermal environment. Then, the study makes a suggestion on how to evaluate the envelop thermotechnical properties by using its own energy-saving factors. This method is a scientific and practical innovation wwhich can be flexibly applied as the genral measurement indicators of energy saving design in residential buildings.
