摘要
本文应用当量分析与变权分析相结合的方法,建立了矿井设计标书综合评判的当量分析和变权分析模型。通过实例说明其方法应用于矿井设计标书综合评判的优越性。
Based on the method of equivalent analysis and changeable position value analysis, a model is established for comprehensive evaluation of document for mine design. The superiority of the rnethod by example is shown.
