摘要
通过分析火花塞点火时等离子流生成机理及点火过程中电极结构对等离子流的影响,对传统火花塞、新型火花塞电极结构进行了分析和改造实验,设计出串联双点火间隙电极结构等离子流火花塞及点火电路,该火花塞工作时2个间隙同时点火形成双火核,加速了火焰传播速度,点火能量增大,由于等离子流的吹动,电极积炭问题也得到了解决。
According to the analysis of the generating mechanism of the spark plug plasma jet and the influence of electrode structure upon the plasma jet during the ignition, and to the analysis made between the electrode structures of the conventional and the new spark plugs and the modification test, the plasma jet sparkplug with series dual-ignition clearances intervals electrode structure and the ignition circuit have been designed. When the spark plug operates, the two clearances simultaneously ignite and form two fire kernels, thus quicking the flame travel speed and enlarging the ignition energy. Also due to the blowing of the plasma jet, the problem of the electrode carbon is solved.
