64层螺旋CT血管造影在诊断颈部血管性病变中的临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像在诊断颈部血管病变中的临床应用价值。方法对98例临床疑诊颈部血管病变患者行64层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)检查,对所有扫描图像首先行血管剪影,然后进行容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)等后处理。结果MSCTA证实,98例患者中48例有颈部血管病变,其中,动静脉瘘6例,动脉瘤3例,大动脉炎4例,鼻咽纤维血管瘤4例以及椎动脉或颈动脉(颅外段)狭窄31例。结论64层螺旋CT颈部血管成像技术可以无创地诊断颈部血管病,并为制定精确的手术方案提供可靠依据。 Objective To study the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA)for diagnosing the neck angiopathy. Methods Ninety-eight patients with clinically suspected neck angiopathy underwent MSCTA. All source images acquired from MSCTA first carry out the vascular subtraction and then carry out the postprocessing reconstruction such as volume rendering (VR), muhiplanar reconstruetion(MPR), and maximum intensity projection (MIP). Results MSCTA demonstrated that, 48 of 98 patients had neck angiopathies which comprised arteriovenous fistulas(n= 6), aneurysms(n=3), big arteritis (n=4), nasopharyngeal angiofibromas(n=4), and vertebral artery stenosis or extracranial carotid stenosis (n=31). Conclusion MSCTA can non-invasively diagnose the neck angiopathy and provide the reliable evidence for planning the precise surgery protocol.
